We grow a wide range of chillies from the mild jalapeno to the blisteringly hot scotch bonnet and the military grade 7 pots. We use our chillies in the variety of products that we make, which you can find us selling at markets or in our online shop, but we also grow some varieties just for fun.   • Chocolate Bhut Jolokia

    The 'Chocolate' version of the Bhut Jolokia, also known as the Chocolate Ghost Pepper. A super rare pepper which is hotter than the Red Bhut Jolokia. The Chocolate Bhut has an almost smokey flavor with a slow intense heat build. Completely insane on the heat scale.

  • Bhut Jolokia

    The former hottest chilli pepper in the world! The Bhut Jolokia, also known as the Ghost Pepper is twice as hot as the previous "champion", the Habanero Red Savina. With 800,000 ~ 1,001,300 on the scoville scale, this chilli pepper can be called insane and is over 125 times hotter than a Jalapeño!

  • Chocolate Habanero

    Our favorite chilli here at The Wiltshire Chilli Farm is the Chocolate Habanero. The plant grows like a typical Chinense, short and quite busy, with low hanging chillies.   • Hungarian Hot Wax

    This is a super chilli to grow in the UK, and it produces very large (almost banana sized) chillies which start off yellow and are relatively mild until they ripen from orange to red, when they start packing a moderate heat.   • Orange Habanero

    Orange Habaneros chiles are a little slower to grow than many others, but this chile variety is worth the wait as it is 40 times hotter than a standard Jalapeno Pepper! A producer of light green, thin, crinkled peppers which ripen to a brilliant orange-red coloration (85-95 days), each chile pepper is around 1½ inches

    Closely related to the Bhut Jolokia, the Naga Morich (also known as the Dorset Naga) is a nuclear pepper measuring around 1,000,000 on the scoville scale.
